324 cadets of the 110th course pass out from NDA
Pune, May 31 (UNI) Chief Of Naval Staff, Admiral Arun Prakash, today advised National Defence Academy (NDA) Cadets to lead by personal example and do things that will give them happiness.
Addressing the gathering at the Passing-Out-Parade of the 110th Course of the NDA, the Admiral in his motivating speech said, ''Never ask your men to do anything that you will not happily and gladly do yourself. If you lead by personal example, it will be the best motivator, and you will seldom need persuasion or compulsion.'' Being an officer will cast you in the role of a leader, and this is the greatest privilege that a young man can aspire for.'' Wherever you go, you will have the honour of commanding the finest fighting men in the world: the Indian soldier, sailor and airman.
These are the men with whose support you will accomplish your mission, no matter how difficult, he said.

But the promises made here are redeemed in full, as the prospects are exciting and filled with many more possibilities and opportunities today.''
