Samrat Club beat Agra in Hot Weather cricket tournament

Patiala, May 31 (UNI) In a one sided match, Samrat Cricket Club, Bahadurgarh (Haryana) defeated Stadium X1, Agra by 43 runs in the eight Annual Hot Weather Under-13 Cricket Tournament, at the MES cricket ground here today.

Samrat Cricket Club were bowled out for 125 runs after being put into bat by the rival team. Mohit Mann scored a half century for Samrat Club.

For the Agra team, Shobith took four wickets for 13, while Rohit and Nishant captured two wickets each.

Stadium X1, Agra, were bundled out for 82 runs in 26 overs. Amit and Aditya with 10 runs each were the only batsmen to reach double figures. Paramveer bowled exceptionally well for sarmrat Club to capture four for 32, while Ashok took three for sox.

In another match played at the Yadavindra Public School ground.

Ruby Cricket Club, Amritsar, deafeated Kanpur Nursery, by six wickets. Batting first, Kanpur Nursery were all out for 120 runs in 37 overs. Rishab Jain with 30 and Sunny Pradhan 20 were the main run getters.

Ruby Cricket Club scored 121 for four in 29.5 overs. Mohit Handa scored a breezy 54 not out, while Vinay Chowdhary remained unbeaten on 19.
