Rice says US will talk to Iran if conditions met

WASHINGTON, May 31 (Reuters) US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said today the United States would join three European Union powers in negotiating with Iran if Tehran verifiably suspended its nuclear enrichment and reprocessing activities.
