Members of Mahender Fauzi gang arrested

New Delhi, May 31 (UNI) Delhi Police have arrested two Haryana-based criminals, members of the dreaded Mahender Fauzi gang, wanted in connection with the murder of notorious gangster Manbir Chauhan of Bhiwani.

Subhash Chand and Naresh Kumar were arrested last night from the Dhansa-Najafgarh road.

Two country made pistols were recovered from the gangsters, police said.

Interrogation of the two revealed that they belonged to the dreaded Mahender Fauzi gang of Gurgaon and also had a close association with notorious killer Aman Pehalwan, who is presently lodged in Jaipur jail in a murder case.

The two were also involved in the murder of notorious gangster Manbir Chauhan of Bhiwani on the night of November 23 in 2002.
