Buddhadeb chairs cabinet meeting at Writers' Buildings

Kolkata, May 31 (UNI) West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee today chaired the first cabinet meeting of the Left Front government after the elections, at the Writers' Buildings.

The meeting discussed a number of issues on the development of the state.

The meeting also decided to forward the issue of office of profit to the party's central leadership for taking it up with the Union government.

The meeting was attended by all the state cabinet ministers.

The Chief Minister briefed the ministers about their responsibilties and duties.
