Railways to send its officials for training in US and France
Patna, May 30 (UNI) In an attempt to turn Indian Railway into a profit making business corporation, Railway Minister Lalu Prasad has decided to send its officials abroad for training in top business schools of US and France.
General Manager of East Central Railway K.C.Jena said today that Regional General Managers would be sent to US for one week training in a top business school. He said the officers would be leaving for US on June 2.
Mr Jena said earlier 30 out of the 60 Divisional Railway Managers (DRMs) were sent to France while the rest would go to France for two week training.
DRMs of Danapur and Samastipur would be part of the delegation leaving for France.
