DU denies entering into any agreement with mobile company

New Delhi, May 30 (UNI) Delhi University today denied reports in a section of media that it has entered into an agreement with Airtel mobile company for supplying information about admission process to its undergraduate courses through SMS.

''University wishes to make it clear that no such agreement had been reached and does not intend to enter into any such agreement,'' a statement said.

'' The university would not be responsible for any error in information passed through SMS service of the company or any other, it said.

It advised students and their wards to log on to university website (du.ac.in) for authentic information.
