Militants condemn display of lists in Kashmir mosques

Srinagar, May 29 (UNI) The Islamic Front militant outfit has condemned in strongest terms the display of lists of people at various mosques across the Kashmir valley labelling them as informers of the security forces.

The outfit, in a statement to the local media here, said some lists were found on display at various mosques in Srinagar and Sopore areas.

Terming the incident as a ''conspiracy and a campaign to defame the ongoing freedom movement'', a spokesman of the outfit asked the people to be ''cautious'' of such elements.
