Four killed and eight others injured in road mishap

Bangalore, May 29 (UNI) Four persons were killed and eight others injured when a tempo traveller in which they were travelling collided head-on against a mini truck at Konanakavalu village in Tiptur taluk of the Tumkur district this evening today.

According to police sources all the victims were travelling in a tempo traveller. The injured were shifted to hospitals in Bangalore, the mishap occured at about 1800 hrs and the body were yet to be identified, the sources added.
