Citigroup acquires 50,000 shares of India Infoline Ltd

New Delhi, May 29: Citibank today informed the National Stock Exchange (NSE) that Citigroup Global Mkts (Mauritius) Pvt Ltd has acquired 50,000 shares aggregating to 0.11 per cent of the total paid up capital of India Infoline Limited on May 25, 2006.

The mode of acquisition is through Secondary Market Purchase and the shareholding of Citigroup Global Mkts (Mauritius) Pvt Ltd after the said acquisition is 2, 277,209 shares aggregating to 5.01 per cent of the total paid up capital of India Infoline Limited.
