Adlabs Films sets up wholly-owned subsidiaries in UK USA

Mumbai, May 29 (UNI) Adlabs Films, in which Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Enterprise has 51 per cent majority equity, has set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in the United Kindgdom and the United States of America for distribution of Indian films, film co-production and post production works.

A press release to this effect was issued by the Company to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) here today.
