Adlabs Films sets up subsidiaries in UK

Mumbai, May 29: Adlabs Films Ltd, in which Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Enterprise has 51 per cent majority equity, has set up wholly owned subsidiary in the United Kindgdom and the United States of America for distribution of Indian films, film co-production and post production works.

A press release to this effect was issued by the company to the Bombay Stock Exchange(BSE) here today.
