Star News launches news bulletin ''Satyameva Jayate''

Mumbai, May 28 (UNI) STAR News today announced the launch of a new flagship news bulletin ''Satyameva Jayate'' which will have major news events of the day to be aired at 2100 hrs for half hour from Mondays to Fridays.

Satyameva Jayate CEO and editor said, ''This news bulletin will dismantle the traditional thought and stereotypes in the news business and represent the interest of citizens of a bold new, emerging India. In doing so, we will once again reaffirm our oath to our viewers''.

The new primetime news bulletin will focus on the big stories of the day in politics, civic issues, investigations and sports amongst others, he said.

It will be presented in an interactive format aided by appropriate background history, graphics, stills, strong anchor bytes, powerful visuals and opinion points to present an unabashed perspective on the truth, he added.
