Jai Parkash discharged in two cases by Kaithal courts

Kaithal, May 28 (UNI) Lok Sabha member from Hisar Jai Parkash was discharged and acquitted by two courts here in two different criminal cases registered against him during the Chautala government in Haryana.

In one such case, Additional District Judge Dr Neelima Shangla here yesterday discharged Mr Parkash and nine others in a case registered in October 2003 against them under sections 420, 456, 468, 395, 397 471, 120-B of the IPC and 25, 54 and 59 of Arms Act.

In another case, Additional District Judge Subhash Goel discharged Mr Parkash and others in a case, whcih was registered against them at Kalayat police station on June 8, 2000 under sections 419, 420, 467, 471 and 120-B the IPC.
