Experts advise retail investors to play safe
New Delhi, May 28 (UNI) Experts at an Invester Camp advised the retail investors to remain cautious in the highly-volatile share market which can witness wild fluctuations on a mild excuse.
''At this moment the retail investors need to be more cautious before planning any investment and try to seek the advice from competent investment advisors,'' Angel Broking Ltd Chief Investment Officer Rajen Shah said at n investor service initiative organised by leading business channel CNBC-TV18 in collaboration with stock broking firm Angel Broking Ltd.
The 'Investor Camp' series organised here yesterday made eminent industry experts and leading practitioners come together for the first time.
''Through the Investor Camps we endeavour to take investment education to retail investors, by demystifying investing for them.
By exposing retail investors to the top management of companies and by facilitating interaction with industry experts we hope to make investment jargon for them simpler and more user-friendly,'' a CNBC-TV18 spokesman said.
The all-new Investor Camp series will also answer essential questions related to IPOs including the hottest picks for new as well as seasoned investors and will bridge the gap between retail investors and experts, he added.
