CM inaugurates Shimla Summer festival

Shimla, May 28 (UNI) Hiamchal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today inaugurated the Shimla Summer Festival here at the famous the Ridge, an official spokesman said.

The 19-day festival beings with a theatre event ''Kavita main Krishna'' being organised by Song and Drama Division of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.

Mr. Singh also witnessed the cultural programme presented by the artists.

Several of his cabinet colleagues and senior state government officials were also present on the occasion.
