FIEO to impart communication skills to exporting community

New Delhi, May 27 (UNI) The Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) will organise its fourth training programme on 'Enhancement of presentation and communication skills' here on May 30 and May 31.

The two-day training programme seeks to help the exporters to present their business in right perspective with specific focus on cross cultural communication, giving them specific individual attention.

Other topics which will be covered at the programme include verbal communication skills, non-verbal communication skills-body language, written communication, presentation skills, public speaking and cross cultural communication concerning European Union, East and West Asia.

The earlier three training programmes were organised in September and December last year and February this year.

FIEO plans to increase the frequency of such training programmes.
