V Raja to lead Indian U-21 team in Poland tourney

New Delhi, May 25 (UNI) V Raja will lead an 18-member Indian team in the seventh Junior Challenge Open Men Under-21 Hockey Tournament, scheduled in Gniezno, Poland from May 29 to June 4.

The team, with Clarence Lobo as the chief coach, comprises two goalkeepers, three defenders, six midfielders and seven forwards, Indian Hockey Federation Secretary K Jothikumaran said in a release today.

Team: Goalkeepers: Sreejesh, Gurpreet Singh Defenders : Raghunath, Kuldeep Bhadouria, Baljinder Singh Midfielders: Gurbaj Singh, Sardar Singh, Bikramjit Singh, Vickram Kanth, Senthil, Gurvinder Singh Forwards : Gurwinder Singh Chandi, Bikas Toppo, Ajitesh Roy, V Raja (c), Joga Singh, Roshan Minz, Pramod Kumar.
