Change in days of run and route of Karnataka Sampark Kranti Express

New Delhi, May 25 (UNI) The 2649/2650 Karnataka Sampark Kranti Hazrat Nizamuddin-Yeshwantpur(Bangalore) express will run with the revised numbers 2629/2630 from July 4 on the diverted route via Hubli, Miraj and Pune on two days of the week.

According to a Northen railway release, with effect from July 4, the 2629 Karnataka Sampark Kranti will depart from Yeshwantpur at 2005 Hours on every Tuesday and Thursday to reach Hazrat Nizamuddin at 1705 Hours on Thursday and Saturday respectively.

Enroute it will reach Hubli at 0400 Hours the next day and halt there for five minutes.

With effect from July 5, its return service, the 2630 Karnataka Sampark Kranti will depart from Hazrat Nizamuddin at 0935 hours on every Wednesday and Friday to reach Yeshwantpur at 0745 hours on Tuesday and Thursdy respectively. Enroute it will reach Hubli at 1125 hours the next day and halt there for five minutes.

Consequently, the services of the Karnataka Sampark Kranti will be curtailed to five days of the week instead of the daily service.

As per the revised schedule of the 2649/2650 Karnataka Sampark Kranti, the 2649 Karnataka Sampark Kranti will run from Yeshwantpur on every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday while on the return service 2650 Karnataka Sampark Kranti will run from Hazrat Nizamuddin on every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
