Police rescue 39 child labourers from South Delhi
New Delhi, May 24 (UNI) Police have rescued 39 bonded child labourers from south Delhi and arrested two people in this connection.
Mohammad Asgar and Mohammad Tariq were arrested yesterday from their South Delhi house where the children were confined.
The children between the age of 12 to 14 were brought from Bihar and forced to work in embroidery and stitching units.
All the children have been lodged at Childrens Home.
Further investigations are in progress.
