Vardhman Holdings Board recommends 20 pc dividend

Mumbai, May 23 (UNI) The board of directors of Vardhman Holdings Ltd has recommended a dividend of 20 per cent on the paid-up equity share capital of the company, a company release informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
