Two of four shortlisted for football coach arrive India
New Delhi, May 23: Two of the four shortlisted candidates for the post of national football coach -- Bob Houghton of Britain and Brian Kerr of Ireland -- arrived here today.
They will meet members of the Technical Committee of the All India Football Federation (AIFF) at Football House here tomorrow and on Thursday, AIFF said in a statement.
Other two candidates -- former PSV and Ajax coach Clemence Westerhof, ex-Chelsea manager Ian Potterfield -- are expected to arrive here soon.
Earlier, AIFF had shortlisted the four from the original 11 coaches which included, apart from the quartet, Milos Hrstic Croatia), Milton Queiroz da Paixao (Brazil), Roy Maicol Barreto (Portugal), Colwyn Rowe (England), Predarg Juka (Croatia), Amir Alagic (Bosnia) and Jorge Mario Olguin (Argentina).
