Health card for new born and expectant mothers

Bhopal, May 23 (UNI) Women and Child Development department in Madhya Pradesh will issue health cards for new born babies and expectant mothers to monitor their health status and immunisation.

A high-level meeting, chaired by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, here yesterday reviewed the development programmes and was told that the level of malnourishment had come down from 57 to 50 per cent.

It was proposed to construct Bal Bhavan in each division.
