CBI nabs Hyderabad Military Farm Manager on bribery charges
New Delhi, May 23 (UNI) The CBI today nabbed the Manager of the Military Farm in Hyderabad for allegedly offering a bribe of Rs 3 lakh to the CBI inspector, who was investigating a case of disproportionate assets case against him for official favour.
The CBI Spokesman said the agency nabbed red-handed N K K Nair while allegedly offering the bribe money to the Inspector at Ernakulam.
The CBI official had informed the higher officials about the bribe offer and a trap was laid to nab him red-handed, said the CBI Official.
Nair, a resident of Thiruvananthapuram was produced before the Special Court at Ernakulam, who remanded him to judicial custody till May 31, 2006.
