SE Asia Marine inks MoA with London firm

Mumbai, May 20: South East Asia Marine Engineering and Construction has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with London-based James Fisher (Logistics) for the purchase of a DP vessel ''Oceanic Princess''.

In a communique to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the Company informed that the vessel is likely to be delivered in the second half of next month.
