Joshi appointed State Election Commissioner

Bhopal, May 20 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh government has appointed 1970 batch IAS officer Lalit Kumar Joshi as State Election Commissioner, officials said today.

Mr Joshi is at present Secretary in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways.

His new posting will come into effect from the date of his joining office.
