32 feared killed as truck plunges down a gorge

Mumbai, May 20 : At least 32 people were feared killed when a truck, carrying members of a marriage party, fell into a gorge at Kanjiwade village near Rajapur in Ratnagiri district today, according to the state police.

Police control room sources said further details are still awaited.

Ratnagiri police and the district administration are engaged in rescue operations, the sources said.
