Two Kashmiris arrested with 34 kg 'charas'

New Delhi, May 19 (UNI) Police have arrested two Kashmiri traffickers, along with 34 kilogram of 'charas' meant for marketing in Mumbai, from Samapur Badli area in North-West Delhi.

Nazir Mohammad (37) and Adil Hussain (21), hailing from Srinagar and Anantnag in Kashmir respectively, were apprehended near G T Karnal Road bypass yesterday by the Interstate Cell of the Crime Branch, police said today.

The high quality 'charas' had been procured from Kashmir and was to be sent to Mumbai via Jaipur.

Their interrogation revealed that contraband was sent in trucks with other commodities from Kashmir to Delhi. From here they would reach Jaipur and then board a train for Mumbai, whee the maket was 'hot'.
