Political parties in Jammu receive invitation for 2nd roundtable

Jammu, May 19 (UNI) The BJP, Panthers Party, National Conference and an 'expert' on Kashmir, from the Jammu region, were today invited for the second roundtable conference called by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in Srinagar on May 24-25.

Highly placed sources told UNI as per the Prime Minister's Office(PMO) intimation, state authorities forwarded the invitation to five persons, including the members of the political parties.

The sources added that the conference will begin May 24 evening.

About two dozen persons would be invited as against 52 persons who had been invited during the last roundtable conference on February 25 in New Delhi.
