MBRRB identifies 103 dangerous buildings in Mumbai
Mumbai, May 18 (UNI) Maharashtra Buildings Repairs and Reconstruction Board (MBRRB) has identified 103 dangerous buildings and dilapidated cessed buildings as well as acquired propertries in the city and advised their residents not to obstruct the repair work taken up by board as precautionary measure.
MHADA chief officer Suresh Karande told reporters that the residents of these buildings should stop using the dangerous portion of the buildings and the residents who are served with vacation notices, should vacate their premises immediately and shift to transit camp.
He also urged the residents to bring it to the notice of the authoritiues if any cracks, separation of floors and walls from columns are seen.
