IISc, Mysore varsity sign MoU for joint teaching, research

Mysore, May 19 (UNI) The University of Mysore and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in joint teaching and research.

The MoU, signed at the IISC campus by the Registrars of the two institutions, envisaged exchange of students, faculty and information on the results of joint research, a release from the varsity here said today.

The two institutions would also take up joint development of infrastructural facilities like labs, with assistance from the funding agencies.
