Delegation calls on Governor seeking security for Besra

Ranchi, May 19 (UNI) A delegation of Jharkhand Vikas Morcha, led by Independent MLA Stephen Marandi, today met Governor Syed Sibtey Razi and sought security for former MLA Surya Singh Besra, who was allgedly threatened by Chief Minister Arjun Munda recently.

Mr Besra allged that Mr Munda threatened him over phone for his outburst against the Chief Minister in public.

The delegation urged the government to intervene into the matter and provide necessary security to Mr Besra.
