Amar Remedies launches new logo
Ahmedabad, May 19 (UNI) Amar Remedies Limited (ARL), a pioneer company in making a complete vegetarian toothpaste in India, today unveiled its new logo that harmonies the man and his soul inspiring him to reach higher levels of health.
The new logo depicts five leaves for the five elements of life, four in green and one in red colour. The green colour symbolises health, vigour, healing and ARL's close association to natural elements whereas the singular leaf on the highest level is red, which stands for purity, strength, power and all things intense and passionate, says ARL Managing Director Sagar Shah.
Addressing a press conference here, Mr Shah said, the change in the logo also signifies ARL's corporate strategy of aggressive foray into the market with an aim to increase their market share from around two per cent of the entire toothpaste market to close to five per cent in the next 2-3 years.
He said, apart from the recent re-launch of their flagship brand 'Amar Toothpaste' in snazzy new packaging and three different variants, ARL has planned a series of initiatives for stockists, distributors, retailers and consumers across the country in the months to come.
Disclosing the future plan of the company, Mr Shah said, company is now diversifying into 25 different products ranging from soaps to hair-oil to shampoo in next 2-3 years time.
In a Rs 2,700 crore toothpaste market in India, ARL holds approximately two per cent of the market share. Interestingly, while the overall toothpaste market is growing at around six per cent rate annually, the ayurvedic/ herbal toothpaste market is increasing by close to about 10 per cent annually, Mr Shah added.
