5 lions released at Van Vihar
Bhopal, May 19(UNI) Five lions and a pair of tigers, brought from Jaipur, were released today in a natural habitat at the rescue centre in the city's Van Vihar.
Van Vihar, a national park adjoining the Chief Minister's official residence in the Shyamla Hills area, already has four lions and 14 tigers.
Van Vihar veterinary surgeon Anil Sharma said the wild animals, including four lions and a lioness, were earlier kept at the Amer rescue centre at Jaipur's outskirts after getting them released from circus owners.
