Tension grips Vadodara as children's bodies recovered from car

Vadodara, May 18 (UNI) Tension gripped the communally sensitive areas of the city following the recovery of bodies of two children from a car of a local leader at nearby Dabhoi town, about 31 km, from here.

The bodies were found in the car of a local leader, whose identity is yet to be established, police said.

As the news of this incident spread, tension gripped certain communally sensitive areas in the city. However, no untoward incident has so far been reported from any part of the city, police added.

Vadodara had recently witnessed communal violence over the demolition of a dargah, as a part of the civic body's drive to raise illegal structures for widening of road in Fatehpura area.
