New Delhi, May 18 (UNI) Protesting against the Jammu and Kashmir government not granting citizenship to Hindu migrants after 1947, the Delhi Shiv Sena today staged a 'dharna' at the Jantar Mantar here and burnt an effigy of Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad.

Condemping the recent spate of violence against minorities in Doda in Jammu and Kashmir, the party demanded that the area be handed over to the Army to nip the conspiracy of chasing off all Hindus from the area.

Addressing refugees from the region, who held protest demonstrations here for granting citizenship rights, Shiv Sena leader Jai Bhagwan Goyal said his party would continue to fight for their rights and the recent attacks on Hindus was the direct result of the policies of the state government.
