Second exam related suicide by students in Capital in last 5 days

New Delhi, May 18 (UNI) Exam stress today claimed one more life in the city with a 20-year-old undergraduate hanging herself on the eve of her English paper in Uttam Nagar area of West Delhi.

Heena Singh, second year student of BA (Correspondence), allegedly hung herself at her Shyama Park residence in Uttam Nagar at about 0130 hrs, according to sources.

She was immediately rushed to the Deendayal Upadhayay Hospital where she died later this morning.

Heena, whose father Rajender Singh is a TSR driver, was quite disturbed since yesterday as she was not well prepared for her English paper, which was to be held today, the sources added.

On Sunday last, a Class X student of Sanskriti School in Chanakya Puri area allegedly hanged herself fearing about her board results which were to be come announced later this month.
