Ontrack Systems acquires Intellisys group of cos for US$ 6.94 mn

Mumbai, May 17 (UNI) Ontrack Systems, a publicly traded global IT&IT enabled services company, has entered into a share purchase agreement with the Intellisys group for the acquisition of the Intellisys group companies Announcing this, the company said the acquisition to take place in three stages has been clinched for a consideration of US$ 6.94 million. The first of that being acquisition of Intellisys Austria, followed by Intellisys USA and lastly the acquisition of Intellisys India.

Ontrack Systems being a global IT service provider has its operations spanned across India, Uinted Kingdom, USA&United Arab Emirates.
