UPSC cancels public admn paper of civil services prelim

New Delhi, May 16 (UNI) The Union Public Service Commission today cancelled the public administration examination (subject code 22) held on May 14 as part of the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2006 due to a discrepancy in the tallying of the number of question papers at one of the exam centres.

The re-examination in respect of all candidates who had appeared for the examination for the public administration subject on May 14 would be held on June 18 (Sunday). The exact details of venue for the examination, scheduled time and admit cards are being mailed by the Commission separately, an official press note said today.
