Court grants permission to Sanjay Dutt to visit abroad

Mumbai, May 16 (UNI) A designated Terrorist and Disruptive Activities Act (TADA) court here today granted permission to cine star and the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts accused Sanjay Dutt to visit four European countries for shooting of an a Hindi movie.

TADA Judge P D Kode allowed Dutt to visit abroad and directed him not to tamper with evidence.

He has also been ordered to furnish the details of his visit to the registrar of the TADA court in advance.
