Top musclemen to vie for 'Sports City Champions' title

Pune, May 13 (UNI) The cream of musclemen from all over the state will be vying for the coveted 'Sports City Champions' title in the state level best physique contest at the Yeshwantrao Chavan auditorium here on Monday.

Founder of 'Body Temple' Gym Sharadchandra Marne while said that the maiden venture offers an attarctive total prize money of Rs 65,000 with the title winner pocketing a cheque of Rs 11,000.

In addition to this, the first six placers in all the six weight categories will receive cash prize of Rs 2,500, Rs 2,000, Rs 1,500, Rs 1,000, Rs 750 and Rs 500 respectively. Besides the best body builder and the best improved body builder will be awarded Rs 1,000 each, Mr Marne said.
