No more suicides in AP, CM assures people
Hyderabad, May 13 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today assured the people that there would be no more farmers suicides due to financial difficulties in the state.
In an open letter to the people on the eve of his completion of two years in office, Dr Reddy said suicides by farmers due to financial problems had been on the decline during the last two years compared to the nine-year rule of the erstwhile TDP government. He said there were practically no suicides at all during the last three months.
