Chautala group moves court on HOA issue

Hisar, May 13 (UNI) The Abhey Chautala group, which was dislodged from the Haryana Olympic Association last week, has moved the court against the election of Naveen Jindal, MP, as its new president last week.

''We have filed a petition against the election of Naveen Jindal as president of Haryana Olympic Association and the court has fixed hearing for May 20 in this case,'' said Puran Singh Dabra, INLD president of Hisar district unit, said.

''We have apprised Delhi headquarters of the Association about the illegal activities of the Congress leaders to dislodge Abhey Chautala. We are not going to tolerate the highhandedness of the party in power, he said.

He said a meeting of HOA would be held at Panchkula as scheduled.
