Zenith Birla files prospectus with SEBI for secondary public offer

Mumbai, May 12 (UNI) Major steel pipes manufacturer Zenith Birla (India) Ltd has filed its prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a secondary public offering of Rs 131 crore.

A Zenith release here today said the company was raising funds primarily to set up additional facilities for manufacture of mechanical tubes for application in auto components sector and also for augmenting the working capital requirements for existing operations.

The lead managers to the issue are IDBI Capital Market Ltd and Keynote Corporate Service Ltd, the release added.
