Tripura CM congratulates people of Bengal and Kerala for victory

Agartala, May 12 (UNI) Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar congratulated the people of West Bengal for the historic victory of the Left Front.

'' It's a great victory and the people of West Bengal have reimposed their faith on the pro-people and continuous development programme of the Left Front,'' Mr Sarkar said.

Mr Sarkar, who is leaving for Delhi today to attend the party's Politbureau meeting, said the victory in West Bengal is a reflection of the Left' movement for pro-people policy at the national level.

He also congratulated the people of Kerala for electing the Left Democratic Front there.
