India to release 6 Pakistani prisoners on May 17

New Delhi, May 12: India will release six Pakistani prisoners on May 17 and repatriate them back to their country Pakistan through the Wagah-Attari border.

This brings the total number of Pakistani prisoners released by India this year to 22, an External Affairs Ministry spokesman said today.

India had released 16 Pakistani prisoners earlier in February and April.
