Geojit Financial to set up broking JV in Saudi

Mumbai, May 12: Geojit Financial Services Limited has inked a joint venture pact with the main promoters of the Al Johar group of Saudi Arabia and two other companies to conduct broking business in the Arabian country.

In a communique to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the company stated that it has signed the JV with the main promoters Jamal and Khalid Al Johar Development Company of Saudi Arabia, the National Securities Company of Oman and Rasmalah Investment Company of the UAE.
