Wac Chief in Kashmir; meets Governor and CM

Srinagar, May 11 (UNI) Western Air Command's Chief Air Marshal A K Singh, who is on a two-day official visit to the Valley, today called on Jammu and Kashmir Governor Lt Gen (retd) S K Sinha and Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad here and discussed the overall security situation in the state, a defence spokesman said.

He said the Air Marshal Singh also reviewed the security situation at the XV Corps headquarters here.

Air Marshal Singh, who arrived here yesterday, also visited Humhama and Awantipora airfields and addressed the airmen there.
