Satyam appoints new Head of Continental Europe

Hyderabad, May 11 (UNI) Satyam Computer Ltd., a IT and consulting services provider announced the appointment of Dr Peter M Heij as the Head and senior Vice-President of Continental Europe.

Dr Heij will add value to Satyam's relationship with its customers in Continental Europe, and focus on enhancing Satyam's footprint in the region.

He will pursue the sizeable outsourcing opportunities in the region and acquire new businesses, in addition to furthering the existing customer relationships. He will also leverage his experience and knowledge in brand building and market penetration to boost Satyam's presence in Continental Europe.

Dr Heij will operate from Netherlands, and will work closely with Dr Keshab Panda, Head of Satyam Europe Operations, a company release here said today.
