Pratibha Net profit up at Rs 12.28 crore for Q4

Mumbai, May 11: The net profit of Pratibha Industries ltd has posted higher at Rs 12.28 crore for fourth quater ended March 31, 2006, against Rs 8.59 crore in the corresponding period last year.

The company's revenue for the same period was Rs 62.74 crore, a growth of 100 per cent, compared to the corrresponding quater of the previous year, a company release here said.

During FY 05-06, the company's revenue has grown to Rs 156.70 crore compared to Rs 87.97 crore in the previous year. The net profit also increased at Rs 12.28 crore as against Rs 8.09 crore in FY05, Year on Year growth of 51.74 per cent.

Commenting on the the performance and achievement of profit the company's Managing Director Ajit Kulkarni said, ''The company has acheived the targeted growth. It is envisaging a bright future with the increasing order book position.''
